I think it would be a helpful thing if you were tohave your business hours on your company answering machine as well as on your website. How are people supposed to know when to call if they do not know when you are open?
I too logged on to your site to find out your hours. found your phone number called it but to no avail because all it say is call back during regular bussiness hours, i called again at 4AM got the same message. called again at 530am same message. my regular bussiness hours are11pm to 7am what is your
Action Auto Parts working hours are, Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00PM . Saturday, 8:0-3:00PM .

hi Julie—I have referred several of my frineds to your location your staff does a great job!! Who can I direct some cost savings MVP (pref care) health care ideas to…your self or your ofc mgr? I am an appointed rep with MVP and spoke with one of your nice ofc staff and they said you had MVP earlier this year….I can even even to you rates for 12/1/2009 and lock in guarantees thru 12/1/2010. The goal is to help SAVE you and yoru employees money for 2010.

I don’t live in Rochester (I’m about forty miles away). I don’t have a Rochester phone book. It would be helpful for me, if , on your website, you had an address of where you are located. I just called your phone number, and was told by the person in your shop that he didn’t have time to check any inventory, to see if you had the four rims I need, and I should drive there to check. I was not pleased.
Wanted to let you know you guys have great prices. People forget who do not shop at junk yards..ITS HARD to try to know everything you have in inventory! You guys are 100 % by me. THANKS

Hello;
I am looking for the drivers side mirror for a 2003 chevy tahoe. I can take the whole mirror or just the glass. The mirror is power folding, heated, turn signal,puddle light, auto dimming. Or just the glass if you have. Also need a 3rd drake light, sealed unit.
